You can define your own, plus there are standard ones. eg 1=Phone Call,2=Site Visit,3=Meeting   ActionTypeText Text As above   AttachmentCount Numeric     BillingStatus Numeric Id of the billing status. 1=Billable,2=Non-Billable,3=Don’t Know,4=Approved For Billing,5=Has Been Billed   BillingStatusText Text As above   Completed Date     CompletedTime Date Has both date & time   ContactBusiness Numeric Id of the business the action is linked to   ContactBusinessText Text Name of the business the action is linked to   ContactPerson Numeric Id of the person the action is linked to   ContactPersonText Text Name of the person the action is linked to   Date Date Alias for DueDateTime – primarily for saved Messages Searches   Description Date     DueDate Date     DueDateTime Date Has both date & time   Id Numeric     Object Numeric     ObjectContext Numeric Type of object that the action is linked to.
